When you finish marking the required number of points, double-click on the last point that you added. This will stop the process of adding new points.
Modifying the points on path: Select the line or the area and then use one of the following methods. If you want to alter the point on the path or the area, click on it, then keep holding the mouse key, and drag the point to the position where you want to place it. If you want to delete a point from the path or the area, right click there and click on Delete node.
