Earth Explorer is part of ESA’s Program and its continuing Endeavour. It helps in critical earth science issues. This agency has proposed scientists to submit eighth earth explorer mission. It is dedicated to science and research that will explore how earth system works and human effects. It is developed with cutting-edge technology for earth observation. The recent gravity mission is demonstrated clearly. Earth explorer falls in two categories like core and opportunities. ‘Core’ missions include specific area throughout widespread consultation. ‘Opportunities’ mission is relatively easy to build and implement. Both missions are helping science community to explore details of our mother earth.
It is very interesting to see how the human activity is affecting natural earth processes. From Earth Explorer we came to know that people should get aware of all the misshaping and should take immediate preventive steps towards stopping the damage to earth. Else we have to face tremendous problems in near future. Earth Explore is one source that is continuously trying to increase the awareness of people towards our home planet. Earth explorer is working with many reputed science and geographical institutes and organizations to minimize the problem. Earth Explore is a great tool to improve our understanding of global.
Moreover, the development team is trying to involve more scientific communities to observe the earth. In near future earth explorer is going to evaluate 18 potential opportunity missions. To help these missions there are around 18 scientists and geographical experts are invited from Canada and United States. They submitted few proposals which are evaluated and then the missions are set to save earth from future disaster. You can see the details of all 18 proposals on the internet. Earth Observation proposal has been uploaded on the website. You can even view other missions which Earth Explorer is going to complete in near future.
If you have any ideas you can submit it on the website. Earth explorer team has decided to choose three candidates for mission feasibility studies. Moreover, one of the candidates will be selected for flight of Earth Explorer which would be a great experience for anyone. Till date, earth explorer has managed to cover wide range of scientific issues and improved common mans understanding of earth system. The application was build and implemented in the direct response to the need of human beings. Earth Explorer has covered all aspects of globe like from atmosphere, biosphere to hydrosphere, cryosphere and interaction between all these components of globe.
All above mentioned components affect human activities to great extend and wise versa. Earth explorer is constantly trying to achieve new goals. Earth explorer goes through peer-reviewed selection process and until now there were six explorer missions at various stages were implemented. As mentioned above there are three candidates for sex missions and they are undergoing feasibility study. Earth explore has managed to address critical earth science issues. Soon, the scientist, who are working hard to solve the problem will make our like less dangerous for human life and our mother earth.
